The Strategic Research Agenda provides decision makers and the scientific community at large with research, development and demonstration road maps to achieve the short (2012), medium (2020) and long term (2040-2050) goals of SET Plan.

The Strategic Research Agenda is the result of the contribution of nearly 200 scientists and engineers from some 70 member organisations of SNETP, under the chairmanship of Dr Hamid Ait Abderrahim of SCK-CEN, followed by a public consultation.

Issued in 2009, the SRA is a living document open for periodic revision.
