Look back at Nuclear days and NUGENIA Forum

The 2nd edition of the Nuclear days and the 7th edition of the NUGENIA Forum were held jointly in Prague last week. The event gathered the 3 SNETP pillars (NUGENIA, ESNII and NC2I) as well as EERA JPNM (Joint programme for nuclear materials) to strengthen collaboration and share views on cross-cutting issues and future needs.

Around 250 delegates participated in the event representing 104 international organisations (industry, R&D, TSOs, SMEs, academia) from 24 countries. The introductory plenary session focused on industrial perspectives and was followed by a full day of technical parallel sessions allowing for discussions on ongoing projects and new project ideas, initiatives and interactions.

The local hosts CEZ and UJV Rez were represented at the event and supported financially the informal programme.
